"Helping Metro Detroit families grow food and confidence in their own backyards."
I didn’t always work in gardens. My career began in corporate banking, but over time I felt a pull toward something more hands-on, nourishing, and rooted in community. When I transitioned into gardening, I discovered my true purpose: helping people grow food and create thriving green spaces.
For the past seven years, I’ve served as Head Master Gardener at Farm City Detroit, where I’ve blended my background in industrial engineering with a passion for organic gardening. What began as reviving an abandoned lot has blossomed into a flourishing urban farm with raised beds, orchards, and pollinator gardens — feeding neighbors and welcoming hundreds of volunteers each year.
Along the way, I’ve developed deep expertise in sustainable farming, soil health, and kitchen garden design, while mentoring and teaching others how to bring gardens to life.
Now, through my Garden2Table Coaching, I’m excited to share that knowledge directly with families and homeowners — helping you design, grow, and enjoy a productive garden that connects you more deeply to your food and your land.
